Blue Spark was founded by food industry and food recruitment professionals, with two main aims:
- to improve the reputation within food recruitment and promote best practice
- to be part of a people focussed company that value and develop their staff
Being food specialists we wanted to develop a company where we could work with like minded professionals who were passionate, innovative and inspiring with a real focus on customer service and support. We've formed an organisation with people orientated values and ethics, where we work to our own high standards - making a difference and creating a better experience for our clients and candidates.
Blue Spark Consultants are knowledgeable - we're all food graduates and we've experienced, first-hand, the industry we recruit for. In the case of our Interim Managers and Consultants, they have worked at senior levels in their fields of excellence and provide invaluable expertise.

None of our consultants are paid on a commission basis, so you can be sure you'll get objective advice.
Our approach is people focussed and intuitive which is why many people enjoy working with our consultants to achieve their goals. We get to know our candidates as well as our clients believing the closer the match between a candidate's personality and values with those of the employing company, the more successful the relationship is likely to be.
We're passionate about food and enjoy keeping up with food trends, market changes and innovations. We visit food exhibitions and food festivals to keep pace with changing consumer habits, new ingredients and technology.
