Permanent placements are often sourced through networking with known and registered candidates. Although we advertise, our registered candidates are always the first to know about that dream job and are often selected before an advert has even had time to be placed. Blue Spark is not a 'job shop' - we don't punt you around randomly for a week and then move on to a fresh candidate. Once you're registered with us, we'll always consider you for that plum position whether it's a day later or a year later.
We're excellent at identifying your potential and whether a vacancy is best suited to you for your current career stage - we won't be trying to make you fit an unsuitable position. Interim contracts tend to be filled within a few days of being instructed. We don't always need to advertise them as we place reliable professionals from our pool of talented interims. However, we're always looking to develop and expand our Business Solutions, especially in new disciplines, so we can offer a diverse range of services to our clients.
