If the advertising campaign has been successful, it may also prove to be a slightly quicker way of generating a pool of candidates to select from. Additionally, it allows Blue Spark to receive direct applications from candidates in organisations where we are prevented from searching for ethical reasons.

This service is used when it is clear that a search would not be appropriate. The range of skills, experience, knowledge that could be considered are likely to be quite broad, and we would therefore want to capture the largest pool of people to assess and select from.
