Our founder began her Food career in one of Europe's leading R&D facilities; fell into food recruitment and 'by jove' she found her calling! Nearly 18 years later Dhrutee is still enamoured by every facet of resourcing and the continual challenges faced by the food industry. A real straight shooter, she demands the finest in business and in life, simply doesn't accept second best. We like to think of her as our artful doyenne of talent management and all that's delicious! Couldn't survive without coffee and cheese.
Thoughtful and enthusiastic, she always perseveres to find the right solution. Rachel has worked in several food sectors from primary producers to luxury food ingredients. In one of her roles she brought to market San Marzano tinned tomatoes (for which Neil is eternally grateful!). Rachel is an accomplished home baker –a cup cake of a Charlie's Angel, we think of her as our own Mary Berry (just not as old) or Mrs Beaton (but much much more alive!).
Straight talking, practical and grounded she brings a wealth of food industry expertise having worked in Technical for manufacturers, brands and a major retailer. Her claim to fame is launching the first sustainable palm oil product to the UK market. Travel is her passion and her current life mission is to visit all European countries – she is 68% of the way there!
Coolly composed this laid-back gadget guru has an array of gizmos and gimmicks to bring a bit of the space-age into the office. He's a sweet-toothed snappy dresser who can make a mean mojito and his propensity for quirky quips has established him as king-of-the-one-liners, frequently poised to offer cheeky titbits to conversation.
A Performing Arts graduate who has utilised her exuberant personality and natural curiosity to become an exceptional Resourcer for the business. Jodie is super excitable and talkative, she will smell any food, and usually taste it too! Having worked for a cake manufacturer from a young age she developed a real sweet tooth and loves trying unique tasty treats. When she isn’t asking eccentric (weird!) questions, she’s either in the gym or playing footie for her local team.
Easy-going, charismatic and sporty, Luke keeps the team laughing, from his seriously bad ‘dad’ jokes to his quick witty impersonations. His open nature and passion for people makes him an asset in finding the best technical talent – and by his own admission is a little bit of a geek who loves a good ‘techie’ chat. He is never far from a chocolate bar and prides himself on being able to handle the spiciest of foods (although this remains to be proven!).
With an eye for detail, was previously the Colombo of technical services to food & drink companies, large and small. Stands up for what is right and just. Ambition to teach Masterchef's John & Greg to eat with a knife and fork, it's a tough job but somebody HAS to do it! Food Hero Jamie Oliver – he's just so beautifully naive to try Herculean tasks where cynics wouldn't even take the time to try, Bless ' im!
Godfather of strategy and service provision. As well as a perpetual fountain of knowledge he's an excellent mentor and advisor, through rising to the top of his civil service career. With political savvy he always proves a great resource with proven solutions. Enjoys playing devil's advocate (a little too much we think!). Likes cricket..., no he loves it!
