The Company

Our client is a fast-paced manufacturer in the UK who supply the major retailers with innovative & flavourful products that are dominating the market. They are now looking for an Interim Process Technologist to join their dynamic Product Development team.

The Role

You will collaborate with the development team to support the execution and delivery of the development strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Championing process excellence and supporting cross functional teams to deliver high quality process development / innovation projects

· Ensuring products are created and distributed effectively to the expectations of their customers

. Trialling and implementing new products, processes, and equipment into plant through analytical data skills and documentation

. Leading value engineering projects as well as EPD and cost saving initiatives.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interim Process Technologist with a Food Science or Technology qualification. You will have previous experience of working in a similar development position within the food manufacturing industry.

You must have great attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A driving licence is essential for this role.
